All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).

During peak periods (product launches, promotions, competitions), processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.


2. UK Shipping

We currently ship across the United Kingdom.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days

  • Express Delivery (if selected): 1–2 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or peak seasonal demand.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight

  • Delivery location

  • Selected delivery service

Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.


4. International Shipping

Hooked In is not responsible for courier delays beyond our control, but we will always aim to resolve issues fairly and quickly.


8. Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the packaging and item

We will review and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
